A6–A8 Alkalized Cocoa Powders

  • A6 – Light Alkalized Cocoa Powder
    With a mild, balanced flavor and light brown hue, A6 is ideal for applications where a delicate cocoa note is preferred without overpowering other ingredients. Its lower alkalization provides gentle acidity and a more natural cocoa taste.
    pH level: 6.8–7.2

 

  • A7 – Medium Alkalized Cocoa Powder
    Our A7 grade offers a well-rounded cocoa profile with a softer, more saturated flavor and a bright brown color with reddish undertones. It’s the perfect middle ground for a variety of uses, including beverages, confectionery, and baked goods.
    pH level: 7.2–7.6

 

  • A8 – Dark Alkalized Cocoa Powder
    For those looking for deep flavor and intense color, A8 delivers a bold, smooth cocoa experience with low acidity and a rich, dark brown appearance. It’s particularly suited for premium chocolate products and dark baked goods.
    pH level: 7.6–8.0

 

All cocoa powders are produced at an Estonian facility using carefully selected beans and precision equipment to ensure quality, uniformity, and fresh supply year-round.
